Juvenile arthritis, it is referred to as juvenile idiopathic arthritis (JIA), is a form of arthritis that may affect one or more joints in the body and its prevalence is among children who are sixteen years old and below. Joint pain, swelling, stiffness, heat, redness, and pain are hallmarked by patients, whose symptoms exert themselves for more than six weeks. As an autoimmune disease, JIA, the immune system starts to attack synovial membrane leading to conditions such as edema, retention of fluids and inflammations that is coupled with limited movement. Apart from adversely affecting other organs such as the eyes, FNA can also decimate bone and cartilage. Without adequate treatment JIA interferes with a child’s development in terms of different physical aspects.
